Earl Nelson
Earl Nelson has been a resident of Butte County at various times since 1975. Earl joined the ARM board in September 2025. Although his entire career has been in secular service as a land use planner and environmental permitting specialist, he comes from a large family with many Christian pastors and missionaries, and he has been a faithful Christian church member since his youth. Earl brings to this position past experience as a former board member of other Christian non-profit organizations. He looks forward to publicizing the opportunity for service in which other Christians can help bring hope and reconciliation to individuals who have been imprisoned by the state and federal legal systems.
